We are associated with Moeller IP Advisors, an Argentine office that leads a network of Latin American offices specializing in Intellectual Property, covering all Latin America and emerging markets.
We work in the administrative area before the Brazilian PTO and also in the judicial area, representing in Brazil, for the Industrial Property area, a large number of international companies, in areas such as information technology, pharmaceuticals, medicinal, chemical, electronics and biotechnology.

ANA ELIZABETH LAPA WANDERLEY CAVALCANTI
Master and Doctor in Civil Law from PUC SP. Member of the Brazilian Institute of Family Law – IBDFAM. Collaborator of the Ethics Committee of Hcor – Hospital do Coração. Professor of the Undergraduate and Masters in Information Society Law at Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas – FMU. Speaker in the areas of Medical Law, Bio law, Family Law and Information Society. Author of books and published articles.

CARLOS ANDRÉ BARBOSA CAVALCANTI
Graduated in Composition and Conducting from the State University of São Paulo – UNESP and in Law from the Paulista University – UNIP, is specialized in Intellectual Property with more than 20 years of experience in the area, in addition to being a partner at Cavalcanti e Cavalcanti Advogados, and also a partner at manager of Moeller IP Brazil, a subsidiary of Moeller IP Advisors, an Intellectual Property office with over 90 years of experience.
Languages: Portuguese, English and Spanish.
